These terms govern the use of MyKrom, a workforce management application developed and maintained by ced.watch ("we", "us"), built for small businesses in Cambodia and Southeast Asia. By setting up or using MyKrom, your business ("you", "the business", "the licensee") agrees to these terms.
MyKrom is software for staff attendance, leave, overtime, shift planning, salary generation, and related HR workflows, delivered either as a Google Sheets/Apps Script deployment running under your own Google account, or as a self-hosted deployment on infrastructure you control.
All data entered into MyKrom — staff records, attendance, payroll, notes, and any other business data — belongs entirely to you. We do not claim any ownership or licence over your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and accessed.
MyKrom (Google Sheets/Apps Script version) depends on Google's infrastructure being available; we don't control or guarantee Google's uptime. We aim to respond to support requests in good time but do not guarantee specific response times unless otherwise agreed separately in writing.
MyKrom is provided as-is. While we build and test carefully, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost revenue or business disruption) arising from use of the software, technical issues, or data entry errors. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the licence fee paid for the deployment in question.
You may stop using MyKrom at any time — since your data lives in your own Google account or your own server, there is no lock-in and no need to "cancel" anything with us. If you'd like help exporting your data before stopping use, we're happy to assist.
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly where possible.
